Opening Day fundraising events was a HUGE success
due to the generous time and monetary donations of our community and
association families. I would like to thank Lori Felty, Lora
Dietrich, and Terry Ferree for their special effort in helping.

Baseball season is getting
underway and the time is now for us to plan for the spring
fundraisers. We are looking for company donations to be able
offer the raffle ticket sale which helps with offsetting
registration. We have been approached by several fundraiser
companies and are reviewing what other fundraiser(s) we should
do. Your input and assistance is needed. Teams will
assign a parent responsible for working with the fundraising
committee. Start now by stopping by a meeting or by contacting
area businesses for support.

Association News
CHAA voted in July to organize with the Swatara Teener Association and other
community based athletic association to form the Swatara Baseball Association. This new association will handle all
baseball activities for the participating communities in Swatara
township. CHAA supports this endeavor to improve baseball in Chambers
Hill.
Parents are encouraged to attend monthly meetings.
Look for information on special meetings
for the upcoming baseball season.
